Delete Your Account
You can delete your NightJi - Live Video Chat account directly in the app, or by contacting our support team. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete in the App
Open the NightJi - Live Video Chat app and log in to your account.
Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Settings (gear icon in the top right).
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request. Your account and associated personal data will be deleted, except information we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
Option 2 — Contact Support
Send us an email with your registered User ID to request deletion. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonably prompt period.
Email Support⚠️ Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, messages, and any unused virtual items (coins, VIP). This action cannot be reversed. Unused purchases are non-refundable.
